Conduct outbound prospecting activities including cold calling, email campaigns, and qualify leads according to our ideal customer profile and sales criteria.
Schedule qualified meetings and demos for Account Executives.
Maintain accurate records of all prospect interactions in our CRM system.
Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly targets for qualified leads and opportunities.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities and our product offerings.
Collaborate with marketing to refine lead generation strategies.
Provide feedback on prospect pain points and market needs.
Your Skills And Experience
1-2+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in SaaS or ecommerce technology.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to understand technical concepts and explain them clearly to non-technical audiences.
Resilient, self-motivated personality with a drive to succeed.
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
Bachelorxe2x80x99s degree preferred but not required.
Additional Requirements
Knowledge of ecommerce platforms, ERPs or inventory management systems.
Understanding of integration technologies and API concepts.
Experience in the retail, wholesale or distribution sectors.
Familiarity with the challenges that businesses face in omnichannel selling.
