Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Engineer to join our team. The Sales Engineer will play a crucial role in driving sales by providing technical expertise to both customers and the sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering, excellent communication skills, and a passion for driving business growth.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and develop technical solutions to meet their needs.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers, highlighting the features and benefits of our products.
- Provide technical support throughout the sales process, including answering customer inquiries, addressing technical concerns, and assisting with product implementation.
- Work closely with the engineering team to provide feedback from customers and identify opportunities for product improvement.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor products to effectively position our offerings in the market.
- Travel to customer sites as needed to support sales activities.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field;
- Proven experience in a sales engineering or technical sales role.
- Strong technical aptitude and understanding of engineering principles.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and internal teams.
- Self-motivated with a strong drive for results.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
