We are an international Marine HVAC company seeking an experienced Sales Engineer with a strong background in Marine HVAC systems. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer relations skills and a comprehensive understanding of HVAC technology, particularly within the marine industry. This role requires a proactive individual who can generate new business, maintain relationships with existing customers, and provide technical support during commissioning.Key Responsibilities:

• Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the marine sector to drive sales growth.
• Customer Relationship Management: Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Technical Support: Provide technical assistance and expertise during the commissioning of HVAC systems, ensuring proper installation and operation.
• Product Knowledge: Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in HVAC technology, particularly related to marine applications.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the engineering and technical teams to provide solutions tailored to client needs.
• Sales Reporting: Prepare sales reports and forecasts, tracking performance against targets.

• Education: Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Marine Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years in sales or engineering roles within the HVAC or marine industries, with a focus on refrigeration systems.
