Job Description
We're seeking a motivated individual to oversee a portfolio of assigned clients, offering exceptional support and fostering long-term, trusting relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of clients, understanding their requirements and executing sales plans.
- Provide after-sales support to retain customers and ensure their satisfaction.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication.
- Address client queries promptly and accurately.
- Report on account status and suggest products/services that enhance client satisfaction.
- Coordinate with the Regional/Area Manager to develop customized sales plans for key clients.
- Promote new products/services to existing customers.
- Commission pumps, conduct site visits, and monitor pump reliability.
- Open new sites/clients and manage the commissioning process.
- Matric Certificate.
- B.Eng Mechanical or Metallurgical Degree.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and project management tools.
- Strong leadership and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with pumps is essential.
- At least 5 years of work experience in a similar role.
