Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Engineer to drive growth and expand our clients' market presence in the Control and Instrumentation sector.The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of C&I products and services, a strong network within the industry, and a proven track record in business development.Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role within the engineering industry, preferably electrical.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and networking abilities.
- Readiness to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events.
- Identify and analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
- Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve sales targets and expand market share.
- Identify potential clients and business opportunities within the industry.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Conduct presentations and demonstrations of products and services to prospective clients.
- Develop and present proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client requirements are met and delivered on time.
- Track and report on sales performance, market feedback, and client satisfaction.
