Minimum Requirements:

Bachelorxe2x80x99s degree in a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role within the engineering industry, preferably electrical.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong negotiation, presentation, and networking abilities.
Readiness to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events.

Key Accountabilities:

Identify and analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve sales targets and expand market share.
Identify potential clients and business opportunities within the industry.
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
Conduct presentations and demonstrations of products and services to prospective clients.
Develop and present proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client requirements are met and delivered on time.
Track and report on sales performance, market feedback, and client satisfaction.
