Job Description
Requirements:
- National Diploma or Degree in Engineering.
- High degree in Computer Literacy - MS Office & MS Projects.
- Minimum 2 years experience in sales (Vibration monitoring advantageous)
- Project Management skills and experience.
- Ability to understand customer requirements and specifications.
- Excellent analytical, written, verbal communications, and documentation skills.
- In-depth deliberation skills with experienced customers.
- Ability to communicate at all levels.
- Ability to work independently and proactively.
- Ability to work as an individual and as part of a team.
- Drivers license essential.
- Understanding technical requirements of clients in the Vibration monitoring industry.
- Creating innovative engineering concept solutions to meet client needs.
- Collaborating with other engineers to perform feasibility studies, develop models and specify hardware and equipment.
- Collaborating with other engineers to improve existing vibration monitoring processes and designs.
- Determining and costing of vibration monitoring hardware and labour required for potential projects.
- Become familiar with client specific vibration monitoring design standards and practices.
- Reparation and formatting of tender documentation.
- Obtaining supplier quotations.
- Build customer contact and relationships.
- Additional ad hoc tasks as required by management.
