Establish, build and maintain relationships
Regular visits & meetings with clients (multi-levels) to obtain information, insight and client support
Keep up to date with all company technology technical information & value propositions.Sales & Marketing Activities
Meet, or exceed annual personal order intake targets.
Support all company sales activities to ensure that the company meet, or exceed its annual order intake targets.
On an ongoing basis, perform project, spare parts, and technical services sales activitiesTechnical
Perform technical evaluations for sales opportunities for projects, spare parts, and technical services and submit recommendations to management.
Perform Sales Management & Project Management activities.
Facilitate pre and post tender activities as required.
Monitor progress of execution of orders received.
Monitor order execution financial status and ensure adherence to agreed terms and conditions, including initiation of milestone invoices.
Facilitate technical contract negotiation and finalisation with clients.
Contract administration management.
Facilitate and co-ordinate any on-site activities that might be required.
Ensure completion of contractual formalities.
Assist in negotiating payment terms and billing milestones.
Deal with all client guarantee claims and related matters.Qualifications & Experience
