Job Summary Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the packaging industry through market research and prospecting Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the benefits and features of our solutions to potential clients Develop tailored proposals and quotes, addressing customer needs and outlining the value proposition of our products Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide technical expertise during the sales process and support customers in resolving any technical issues Maintain accurate sales records and reports, using our CRM system to track leads, opportunities, and customer interactions Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to provide strategic input and maintain a competitive edge Skills & Experience: Minimum 5 years experience in sales (Preferably with packaging machines) Well-traveled and willing and able to travel frequently, both locally and internationally Experience in food and beverage industry will be highly advantageous Relationship Management Must have previous experience in selling capital equipment. Excellent people skills, communication skills, and customer service oriented Valid drivers license and passport Qualification: BSc/ BEng/ BTech/ NDip in Mechanical Engineering, Marketing or Public Relationship Management.
