Job Description
Purpose of this role:The primary purpose is to support the sales team by providing technical knowledge, understanding customer requirements, and presenting solutions that meet or exceed those requirements.Minimum Qualification:
- 3 year qualification in Engineering
- Proven experience in a technical sales
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
Stay updated on industry trends, technological advancements, and competitive offerings.Customer Engagement & SupportWork closely with the sales team to identify and understand customer needs.
Engage with customers to gather technical requirements and provide pre-sales support.Solution Presentation:Create and deliver technical presentations to potential clients, demonstrating how the company's products or services can meet their specific needs.
Articulate complex technical concepts in a clear and understandable manner.Proposal Development:Collaborate with the sales and product development teams to create customized proposals based on customer requirements.
Ensure proposals align with technical capabilities and business objectives.Demonstrations and Proof of Concept:Conduct product demonstrations to showcase key features and benefits.
