Compile Salesforce Activity Reports
Drive Regional Product Support Audits and action plans
Manage special projects (not limited to SGP) for Product Support as and when they arise
Drive Master Data Accuracy to ensure effectiveness of OLGA information
Drive utilization of all sales force automation, funnel management and prospecting tools. SAP & Salesforce custodian for Product Support
Monitoring performance metrics to optimize sales efficiency across the team
Analysis of sales data and key performance indicators (KPI's) to identify trends, assess sales performance, and make data-driven adjustments to sales strategies
Overseeing day-to-day sales activities, ensuring sales reps are following established sales processes and adhering to compliance guidelines
Providing sales reps with necessary training, tools and resources to enhance their selling skills and improve overall sales performance
Manage the collection of C.E.M data from regions and dissemination of results. Drive the implementation of action plans where they are required to address customer satisfaction issues
Establish and maintain the Succession plan for Product Support Reps and Managers in the group
Identify skills gap in the Product Support sales force and identify ways in which to resolve
Oversee the development and management of the annual sales product support coverage plan
Monitor and track parts and service sales progress against established sales targets
Drive Sales Execution discipline across Southern Africa: Implement ASS Sales Funnel Management
Qualification, Experience and Competencies
Applicable Bachelors degree or equivalent
>5 to 8 years experience in a mining and / or construction sales environment
Microsoft PowerBi Skills will be advantageous
