Required Technical Competencies & Ability:

  • Identify and engage potential customers to drive sales growth.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Provide expert advice on vehicle features and financing options.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
  • Handle inquiries, negotiate deals, and finalize sales contracts.
  • Ability to generate leads and convert them into sales.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and competitor offerings.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office.
