Job SummaryKey Responsibilities

• Sales & Business Development

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the hospitality sector
• Develop and maintain relationships with key accounts, including hotels, restaurants, and event venues
• Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve revenue targets
• STO Management

• Oversee and manage STO processes to ensure timely and efficient stock movement
• Collaborate with supply chain, logistics, and procurement teams to optimize order fulfillment
• Ensure compliance with internal stock movement policies and system best practices
• Customer & Vendor Relations

• Work closely with suppliers and clients to ensure smooth transactions
• Address customer inquiries and resolve order-related issues efficiently
• Market Analysis & Reporting

• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities
• Generate sales performance reports and provide insights for strategic decision-making

Requirements

• Minimum 3-5 years of sales experience in the hospitality industry (hotels, resorts, or F&B supply chains)
• Hands-on experience with STO processes
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with CRM platforms and sales reporting tools

Preferred Skills

• Prior experience in luxury hospitality or FMCG
• Knowledge of supply chain logistics and procurement processes
• Ability to analyze and improve operational efficiencies related to STO
