We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Short Term Commercial Insurance - Sales Executive to join our clients team in George, Western Cape. The successful candidate will be responsible for selling commercial short-term insurance products to new and existing clients, developing and maintaining relationships with brokers and clients, and achieving sales targets. • Matric
• Relevant Short Term Insurance Qualifications
• RE5 (Must have valid registration)
• Minimum 3-5 years' experience in short-term insurance sales
• Extensive knowledge of Logistics, Fleet and Goods in Transit insurance would be advantageous
• Proven track record in commercial insurance sales
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Valid driver's license
• Fluent in English and Afrikaans

• Short-term Insurance Qualification
• RE 5 (Must have valid registration)
• Product Specific Training
• Class of Business xe2x80x93 Commercial and Personal Lines
• CPD hours in current cycle

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate new business leads and develop existing client relationships
• Conduct needs analyses and provide tailored insurance solutions to commercial clients
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
• Build and maintain relationships with brokers, underwriters, and other stakeholders
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
• Build relationships with clients to ensure retention of business and facilitate new business.
• Have an extensive knowledge of insurance products and providers is necessary.
• Responsible for complete and accurate administration related to all policies and clients

Desirable:

• Experience working with brokers and commercial clients
• Knowledge of commercial insurance products (e.g., business interruption, liability)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
