Complement Recruitment are recruiting for a Sales Executive for a national company based in Pinetown, Durban, Kwazulu Natal. Valid Unendorsed drivers license, Code 8/B
No criminal record
Matric, sales certificate or related beneficial but not essentialDuties
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue and market share
- Work with the sales team to achieve individual and team targets, and promote the company's services
- Maintain an owner follow-up system and routinely follow up with buyers to ensure continued satisfaction.
- Ensure high levels of customer service and communication is maintained.
- Overcoming objections, and guide customers through the sales process, from initial inquiry to vehicle delivery.
- Understand customers' needs and preferences and make them feel welcome and supported.
- Ensure interim and monthly sales targets are met.
- Must be goal orientated.
