SALES EXECUTIVE CONSTRUCTIONOverview: To drive sales growth and foster strong partnerships within the construction industry by engaging key stakeholders, furthermore the role demands a blend of good sales acumen, technical proficiency, and exceptional interpersonal abilities to build and maintain impactful relationships.Responsibilities:Client Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong connections with contractors, architects, engineers, and other key stakeholders in the construction industry.Product Knowledge: must have good knowledge construction materials, equipment, and services they sell to effectively advise clients and address their needs.Sales Strategy Execution: Identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, and following up to convert them into sales.Project Support: Collaborating with clients to provide tailored solutions for construction projects, including offering recommendations, technical guidance, or custom proposals.Market Analysis: Monitoring industry trends, competitor activity, and market demands to adapt their approach and stay ahead in the market.Negotiation: Preparing and presenting quotes, negotiating contracts, and closing deals.Post-Sale Service: Ensuring customer satisfaction by following up on orders, addressing concerns, and maintaining a positive long-term relationship.Team Collaboration: Working closely with internal teams, like logistics or technical support, to ensure smooth project execution and delivery.Requirements:Civil Engineering qualification with good understanding of technical drawingsMust be in possession of a valid unendorsed drivers license.Must have of own vehicleA sales/marketing qualification would be advantageousExperience having worked in the construction industry will be beneficial (Site Agent or similar)Preference will be given to Non-smokers preferred.Remuneration:Negotiable package around R25k plus fuel allowance and commission
