Job Title:Sales ExecutiveDepartment:Sales / Business DevelopmentPurpose of the Role:To drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, maintaining strong customer relationships, and closing sales deals. The Sales Executive will play a key role in meeting sales targets and contributing to overall business success.Key Responsibilities:Identify and pursue new sales leads, markets, and business opportunities.Conduct sales presentations and product/service demonstrations to prospective clients.Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts in line with company policies.Prepare and deliver accurate sales forecasts and performance reports.Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by management.Attend trade shows, networking events, or client meetings as needed.Maintain a solid understanding of company products, services, and value propositions.Work closely with internal teams (marketing, operations, finance) to ensure client satisfaction and successful project delivery.Provide input into marketing strategies based on market feedback.Qualifications Required:Matric (Grade 12) required.Diploma or degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Management, or related field is advantageous.Valid driver's license and own reliable transport (if required for field sales).Experience:2-5 years experience in a sales role.Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.Experience using CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and sales reporting tools.Industry-specific experience (e.g., construction, real estate, technology, solar) is a strong advantage.Key Skills & Competencies:Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong negotiation and closing abilities.High level of self-motivation and resilience.Professional presentation and persuasion skills.Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.Strong problem-solving and customer service orientation.Tech-savvy with the ability to learn and explain product features.
