You will be part of a dynamic team and your responsibilities include:
Guide and advice customers visiting the showroom
Develop quotations and assist with 2D/3D design models based on customer provided plans or home/office visits
Successfully close sales opportunities and leads through a highly client focused and service oriented process
Identify and approach new customers through innovative efforts
Build rapport and establish long term relationships with customers.
Qualifications
1-3 years of sales/ customer service experience ideally in the furniture, design or fashion or creatives industry. We are open to entry level interior design talent.
Experience and working knowledge of Microsoft office tools, notably Word, Excel, Powerpoint and design tools.
Demonstrable sales track record from previous employment. Visual Merchandise interest or experience is an asset.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Passionate about personal growth and willingness to go the extra mile to achieve ultimate customer satisfaction
Strong work ethic, flexibility, good humor and a can-do attitude will make the ideal candidate.
