Matric (essential) plus relevant tertiary qualification (highly advantageous)
Experience:
At least 3-5 years experience in sales administration, quoting and/or production
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Managing Production and/or knowledge of production
Knowledge of CI and CAD approvals will be beneficial
Excellent ability to plan, organise & handle customer queries
Responsibilities include:
We are looking for a Sales Account Manager to manage a high level corporate client.
Managing onsite corporate store
Work closely together with the brand experience team
Support the brand experience team with bespoke and stock order requirements
Weekly reporting in terms of bespoke orders, production, ops
Securing of orders bespoke and adhoc
Off site event support weekends and or evenings will be required from time to time
Assist in Sales Reporting: Prepare and generate sales reports, including sales performance, inventory levels, and customer analytics. Provide regular updates on sales metrics to the sales team and management.
Plan and coordinate administrative procedures and systems and devise ways to streamline processes
Assess staff performance and provide coaching and guidance to ensure maximum efficiency
Ensure the smooth and adequate flow of information within the company to facilitate other business operations
Manage schedules and deadlines
Ensure operations adhere to policies and regulations
Help prepare sales presentations
Manage the team in ensuring that all SLAs are met
Handle Inquiries and Correspondence: Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally via email, phone, or in-person.
