Job Description
Natural Stone Collection, a tiles shop near me, offers world standard quality that is entrenched in our production, experienced sales team and installation professionals - to ensure that we meet the turnkey requirements of our customers - no matter how big, or how small.The RoleYou will be responsible for :
- Identifying opportunities for new business development through following up on leads and conducting research on target clients.
- New business generation by meeting potential clients to understand needs and providing relevant solutions.
- Managing the sales process to close new business opportunities.
- Building strong relationships with the existing portfolio of clients.
- Meeting and exceeding weekly and monthly activity and revenue targets.
- You have at least 3 years experience within a Inside Sales / Sales Development Representative or Sales Operations / Sales Support role, ideally within the Real Estate industry.
- You have a proven track record of meeting/exceeding your targets.
- You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
- You are a strong networker & relationship builder
- You are a self-starter and demonstrate a high level of resilience
- You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
- Work alongside & learn from best in class talent
