As a brand ambassador, youll have the chance to drive sales opportunities, ensure maximum profitability, and deliver exceptional customer satisfaction, all while achieving monthly targets and objectives.Main Responsibilities:

  • Maximise Sales Opportunities: Convert prospects into sales by leveraging new, repeat, and pipeline business opportunities.
  • Achieve Sales Targets: Meet and exceed sales objectives, including units and gross profit goals.
  • Sales Process Management: Efficiently manage the sales process using systems like NRSM, Focus Pro, and E-master.
  • Customer Communications: Ensure professional and timely communication with customers throughout the sales process.
  • Database Management: Keep customer details accurate and up to date.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay informed about both brand and competitor products to offer expert advice.
  • Vehicle Presentation: Present and display vehicles effectively, ensuring a smooth handover and following up with customers post-sale.
  • Deal File Management: Maintain organized deal files and related documentation.
  • Promote Products & Services: Upsell optional vehicle extras, parts, accessories, and additional services.
  • Training: Attend all relevant training courses to stay up-to-date on industry standards and products.
  • Rule Compliance: Follow all company policies, procedures, and operating regulations.
Minimum Requirements:
  • Senior Certificate (Grade 12)
  • 2-5 years of sales experience in the motor dealership industry (Essential)
  • Previous experience within a premium brand dealership is highly advantageous.
  • Valid Drivers Licence
  • Fully bilingual (Essential)
