Specific Role Responsibilities
Key Tasks:
Welcome walk-in customers and assist buyers.
Provide great customer service, offering guidance and information on what motorcycle will best fit the customer's needs, selling motorcycle features and benefits.
Coordinate test drives for potential buyers.
Develop the business to reach set sales targets for the month.
Prospect for new customers; build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
Drive specific strategies to retain and grow existing customer base.
Handle customer questions and overcome objections.
Professionally handle the motorcycle handover to the customer.
Manage customer expectations to ensure effective service delivery.
Marketing and promotions.
Attend regular sales meetings.
Learning about and mastering the technology of new products and accessories.
Attend all relevant OEM training courses, and any other developmental training opportunities allocated.

Qualifications and Experience
Experience Required:
A minimum of 2 years of sales experience in the motorcycle sales dealership environment. Honda-Wing motorcycle sales experience is highly desired.
A proven sales track record of meeting monthly targets and experience in developing a client base.
Qualifications Required:
Senior Certificate (Grade 12)
Other Requirements:
Valid, unendorsed motorcycle drivers license.
A vehicle drivers license is also an advantage.
Computer literate
Understanding of the compliance governing the motorcycle retail industry would be an advantage.
Knowledge of dealership policies and procedures.
Knowledge of competitive motorcycle industry.
