Sales Executive / New Business Developer

Job Description
Requirements:
- Grade 12 (tertiary education advantageous)
- Drivers license
- Proven sales experience
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to interact with all levels of clients
- Self motivated
- Target Driven
- Ability to work independently and set up the necessary scheduling of clients
- Knowledge of the construction / building industry
- Promote and sell the range to existing and new clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, architects and builders
- Identify new business opportunities and leads, to generate sales
- Achieve sales targets
- Ensure accurate and expert advice to all clients, from high-end homes to budget group housing
- Present and prepare sales presentation to new and existing customers
- Regular feedback and reporting on sales and customer feedback
