The Coty Africa team is bringing our business of BEAUTY, to life in Africa - localized and sustainable.Job PurposeAs a Sales Finance Accountant, you should be able to assist with the financial planning, budgeting and financial forecasting processes and help leadership make important business decisions through data insights.Job RequirementsYour main areas of responsibility will include the following:

• Prepare and process monthly marketing and sales journals.
• Maintain and manage merchandising assets.
• Perform month-end reconciliations of Statement of Financial Position.
• Review and allocate credit notes accurately.
• Update and maintain pricing in SAP and Kinaxis systems.
• Ensure accurate management of Pricing Masterdata.
• Analyze and review gross profit margins.
• Assist in annual and quarterly budgeting process.
• Prepare financial marketing reports.
• Support various ad hoc financial tasks.

Job ProfileEducation: Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field (essential).Required experience:

• 1-3 years of experience in a financial or accounting role.
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
• Experience in preparing detailed financial reports and performing reconciliations.
• Familiarity with managing master data and maintaining accurate records.

Technical Skills and Competencies:

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, with high proficiency in Excel.
• Strong understanding of financial reporting and accounting principles.
• Strong data analytics and problem-solving abilities.
• Demonstrated ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
