A vacancy is available for a sales intern within a dynamic supplier of laboratory reagents, laboratory instruments, consumables, preparative HPLC columns, etc
Desired skills and qualification:
National diploma is preferred Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Good verbal and written communication skills Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) is a must. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Eagerness to learn about our products and grow within a professional team Ability to work independently and in a team. Proactive and self-motivated. Science background would be an added advantage

Responsibilities:
Effectively manage a high volume of communications, including telephone calls, emails, and messages, to address customer inquiries with accuracy Ensure high lead and order conversion rates through follow-up and deal closing. Handle order processing with accuracy and timeliness to meet sales targets. Prepare and update weekly sales reports Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and feedback gathering. Assist with other administrative task as requested by your line manager
