Our client is seeking a Sales Intern Letting Agent to join their dynamic team and help them continue delivering exceptional service to clients. The ideal candidate should be an initiative-taker and able to work diligently without supervision. The role requires someone initiative-taking, hardworking, dependable, and honest with a strong work ethic and the ability to work well under pressure. Key Responsibilities: Assist with the promotion and letting of residential and commercial properties. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospective tenants. Conduct property viewings and provide detailed information to potential tenants. Manage property listings and ensure they are up to date. Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and business goals. Requirements: Matric or NQF Level 4 equivalent qualification. Own vehicle is essential. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated with a positive attitude. Willingness to learn and grow in the real estate industry. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Outlook. Skills: Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage time efficiently.
