The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of meeting sales targets. This role involves building and maintaining client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets.Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base.Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.Present, promote, and sell products/services to existing and prospective clients.Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends.Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management.RequirementsProven work experience as a Sales Representative or similar role.Excellent knowledge of MS Office.Familiarity with BRM and CRM practices along with the ability to build productive business professional relationships.Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales.Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills.Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills.Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience's needs.Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.If you are passionate about sales and looking for a challenging role with opportunities for growth, we would love to hear from you.
