Job Description


Our client based in Menlyn Maine is looking for an experienced candidate to service clients in the agriculture sectorResponsibilities:

  • Daily sales, administrative, and logistical support to customers, suppliers, and internal.
  • Monitor procurement, shipping, receiving and dispatch of materials.
  • Basic accounting functions
Coordinate supplier and customer orders.Compile sales reports, price offers.Keep track of supply and delivery of products (vessels, trucks).Obtain Import permits, certificates of conformity, label requirements, purchase orders, etc.Update and maintain customer information.Creditors and debtors coordination.Prepare Sales orders and Invoices.Coordinate imports and port operations and documentation.General administrative tasks.Requirements:Grade 12 (relevant admin qualification beneficial).Intermediate level MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)Customer orientated.Fluent in English & Afrikaans due to client baseGeographical knowledge.Knowledge of supply chainKnowledge of imports and exportKnowledge of road and sea freight
  • Basic accounting experience
