Job Description


Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to maximize revenue across luxury hotel and lodge properties.
  • Market Expansion: Identify new business opportunities and high-end clientele, including corporate, leisure, and international markets.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with travel agents, tour operators, corporate clients, and high-net-worth individuals.
  • Revenue Growth: Drive revenue through targeted sales initiatives, including promotions, packages, and partnerships.
  • Client Acquisition: Lead efforts to secure new clients through direct sales, networking events, and trade shows.
  • Market Insights: Conduct competitor analysis and market research to inform pricing strategies and sales tactics.
  • Team Leadership: Collaborate with the marketing and reservations teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular sales forecasts, performance reports, and actionable insights to senior management.
Key Requirements:
  • Experience: At least 3 years in a senior sales role within luxury hotels, lodges, or upscale hospitality, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and revenue growth.
  • Luxury Sales Expertise: Deep understanding of the luxury hospitality market and high-end customer expectations.
  • Relationship Skills: Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with a network of industry contacts.
  • Sales Acumen: Strong negotiation and closing skills with a results-driven mindset.
  • Analytical Skills: Proficiency in CRM systems, sales analytics, and reporting tools.
  • Education: Bachelorxe2x80x99s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and adapt strategies to evolving market trends.
