What we're looking for:



We are looking for a Sales Manager to join our dynamic team . The successful candidate will supervise the performance and maintenance of the activities of the van sales representatives in order to achieve maximum profitability and growth in accordance with organisation plans. They will also be responsible for the following:

Sales ManagementAnalyse sales forecasts & competitor activities Formulate and manage plans ie. volume, price & promotions Negotiate and manage price, promotions, services & special deals Manage promotional assets & equipment Manage internal/ 3rd party/ agents peformance Control working capital items e.g. debtors day & product returns Manage customer relationships Support customers


People Growth and LeadershipApprove functional plan Formalise department structure Manage performance of own team Manage talent plan of own team Achieve functional value


Systems, Procedure and Practices

Implement functional best practices Utilise SAP functionality Report functional information Utilsation of functional resources Manage functional projects

Relationship Results

Qualifications:

What will qualify you for the role

Degree/Diploma in Business / Commercial or equivalent 5 to 6 years working experience in FMCG environment * Valid drivers license
