Sales Manager ( Building, Construction, Tiles), Roodepoort, Rneg + Ben + Housing Allowance
- Degree in Marketing / Business Administration,
- Proven experience in a senior sales and marketing leadership role, preferably within the BUILDING / CONSTRUCTION industry (minimum 5 years)
- Strong understanding of modern sales techniques and marketing channels, including digital platforms
- Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and achieving financial targets
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in CRM and marketing automation tools
- Drive sales growth through effective planning, forecasting, and execution of sales strategies.
- Oversee the management of key accounts and the development of strong client relationships.
- Monitor sales performance and provide actionable insights to improve conversion rates and customer acquisition.
- Identify new market opportunities and expand business into new regions or segments.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire the sales and marketing teams to achieve high performance.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and innovation.
- Develop and manage the sales and marketing budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and ROI.
- Prepare and present regular reports on performance metrics, market trends, and campaign outcomes to senior leadership.
