The Sales manager will be responsible to lead the efforts of a newly formed call centre sales team with a particular focus on data and internet products. The candidate will be required to drive sales performance, manage team motivation and ongoing individual development.
This position is best suited to the person who loves interacting and dealing with people and has good leadership, sales and technical skills.
The ideal candidate would have a telecom's or IT sales background, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead and develop a team of agents to meet sales targets.
- To work with senior management to identify gaps and develop sales strategy improvements.
- Assess call quality and coach sales team to achieve results, and meet customer expectations.
- Compile monthly sales and performance reports.
- Conduct performance coaching and management.
