Through regular posting of industry and company content coupled with personal perspectives, they ensure a consistent and engaging presence for their clients.About the position:They are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Manager to join their team remotely from South Africa as soon as possible. The Sales Manager will play a crucial role in driving the growth of the client base by engaging with potential customers, understanding their needs, and effectively communicating how to add value to their LinkedIn personal profile management.The Sales Manager will be personable on calls, creating relationships and advocates at target accounts. They must be adept at navigating multiple buying departments to close deals.They will be a trusted advisor on all things LinkedIn to a target market or Marketing, Brand and Communications Specialists working in large global enterprises. They can spot opportunities to improve sales processes, and collateral as well as understand customer demand to tailor the service offering.Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough research on target companies and decision-makers to understand their challenges, needs, and priorities.
  • Host introductory calls, initiating meaningful conversations with prospects to uncover opportunities, and articulate the value proposition to book follow-up meetings.
  • Convince decision-makers to sign up for the service and work with procurement and legal teams to get contracts signed.
  • Provide detailed handover to the Client Success team including an outline of the strategy that was agreed during the sales process.
  • Create strategic account plans that inform marketing and SDRs of our value proposition, opportunities and risks within key accounts.
  • Collaborate closely with the leadership and marketing teams to develop and implement targeted outreach campaigns that drive engagement and generate interest in their services.
  • When needed, prospect and qualify leads through various channels to maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients.
  • Re-engage with accounts to get feedback and work with the Client Success team to open and close new opportunities for growth in existing accounts.
  • Use their CRM software to track and manage lead interactions, maintain accurate records, and report on sales activities, outcomes and projections.
  • Continuously stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and LinkedIn market developments to identify new opportunities for business growth.
  • Personally follow LinkedIn best practices in order to gain and retain trust from our prospects and customers
  • Contribute to the ongoing refinement of sales processes, strategies, and messaging based on feedback and insights from the field.
  • Team player who will contribute to projects & working groups bringing the clients perspective to the operational teams. Participate in 360 feedback sessions.
Requirements
  • A knowledge and passion for LinkedIn.
  • Previous experience in B2B sales development or business development preferably within the digital marketing industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and quotas.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively engage and build rapport with prospects.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive and results-driven mindset.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Problem-solving skills and entrepreneurial / growth mindset
