Lead, manage, and grow a team of acquisition closers.
Drive higher lead-to-contract conversions and lower cancellation rates.
Review sales calls using Gong, deliver actionable feedback, and run weekly 1:1s.
Build and continuously refine our sales systems, grounded in Sandler and John Martinez frameworks.
Recruit, hire, and onboard new team members as we scale.
Partner with leadership to help expand operations beyond Wisconsin.
