Job Description


Responsibilities:

  • Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
  • Develop and implement sales strategy to achieve organizational sales goals and revenues
  • Managing and overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team and tracking individual and team sales targets and quotas
  • Coordinating with marketing on lead generation and sales campaigns
  • Providing mentorship, training, motivation and feedback to sales personnel
  • Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands companyxc3xa2xc2x80xc2x99s customer base and ensure its strong presence
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
  • Handling and resolving customer complaints regarding a product or service
  • Interact with the Marketing Department to promote daily advertising on all social media platforms
Requirements:
  • Degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Previous experience as a Sales Representative or Sales Manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
  • Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferences
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
  • Strong business sense and industry expertise
