You will be responsible for building client relationships, developing new business opportunities, and collaborating with various departments to ensure smooth operations and excellent service delivery.Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with the companys business objectives.
• Lead, coach, and manage the sales team to achieve performance targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
• Identify growth opportunities through market research and prospecting.
• Monitor sales performance and report insights to senior management.
• Negotiate and secure favorable contracts with clients.
• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to enhance customer service.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
• Manage the sales budget efficiently, maximizing ROI.

Requirements

• Drivers License and own vehicle
• Fluent in Afrikaans highly advantageous
• Bachelors degree in business, Marketing, or related field (MBA is advantageous).
• 5-10 years of experience in sales management
• FMCG experience highly advantageous especially within the pet industry
• Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce); experience with Skynamo is a plus.

Remuneration

• R50,000 and R70,000 Cost to Company
• Performance incentives.
