Responsibilities

Sales Strategy Development:

Creating and implementing comprehensive sales plan aligned with company objectives, including market analysis ,target customer identification and pricing strategies

Team Leadership

:
Recruiting ,hiring ,and on boarding new sales representatives ,providing ongoing training and coaching to develop their skills and performance

Goal Setting :

Establishing clear sales targets and quotas for individual sales reps and the overall team, monitoring progress towards goals

Performance Management :

Tracking sales metrics ,analyzing sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement providing feedback and coaching to sales reps

Sales pipeline Management :

Overseeing the sales pipeline, identifying potential bottlenecks , and ensuring timely progression of leads through the sales process

Customer Relationship Management :

Fostering strong relationship with key clients ,addressing customer concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction

Budget Management :

Managing the sales budget, allocating resources effectively to support sales initiatives.

Motivation and Team building :

Inspiring and motivating the sales team to achieve high performance through recognition ,team building activities ,and positive reinforcement

Production Planning :

Coordinating production schedules based on sales forecasts ,ensuring efficient utilization of resources and materials

Estimating

To assist in developing and estimating business processes that will ensure applicability at the project level

Tenders

To actively participate in the management of various tenders

Administrative tasks relating to sales

Sending & Recieving Mzansi Credit App

Working Experience

5 to 10 years working experience

Knowledge in Mechanical Fabrication and Structural Steel

Drivers License

Own Vehicle

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: R15000,00 - R22000,00 per month
