The ideal candidate will be an inspiring leader with a proven track record, extensive technical knowledge, and a passion for overcoming challenges.Requirements and responsibilities:Leadership & Team Managemento Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of approximately 10 sales professionals (internal and external) and sales logistics staff.o Set clear objectives and ensure alignment with overall business goals.

o Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive sales strategies to achieve growth and revenue targets.

o Gather and analyse market data, including insights into competitors, customer needs, and industry trends.
