They focus on improving energy efficiency and extending asset life cycles.The successful Sales Manager will be responsible for the following but not limited to:
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives.
Analyse market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
Identify potential clients, establish new business relationships, and nurture existing ones.
Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to expand the Company's presence.
Monitor sales metrics and analyse data to identify areas for improvement.
Prepare regular reports on sales activities, achievements, and forecasts.
Implement sales strategies and tactics to drive revenue growth and increase market share.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners.
Address customer concerns, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
The Successful ApplicantThe ideal Sales Manager candidate will fit the following profile:
Proven experience in a similar sales role
Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a track record of achieving and exceeding targets
Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated
Fully conversant in the English language, additional languages will be an advantage.
Excellent interpersonal and communication.
Computer Literacy - Intermediate to Advanced on Microsoft Packages
Ability to travel nationally as and when required
