Call on existing accounts monthly
Retention of Accounts
Develop New Business
Grow existing business with accounts
Deal with client queries effectively and timeously
Produce accurate quotations when necessary
Follow-up on quotes within 24 hours , thereafter 5 working days of enquiry
Forward documentation to clients when necessary
Liaise with Operations to book new take On's or scanning jobs and advise of customer requirements by completing a job spec
Brief Operations on each new job to ensure a smooth take on
Plan your daily routine efficiently
Make appointments to see prospective clients
Produce weekly and monthly reports for Country Manager
Client Informed of progress of take on .
Deal with any problems quickly and effectively
Provide feedback on take On's or scanning jobs to ensure smooth operation of Branch
Keep Country Manager advised of progress and always inform about problems
Arrange take On's and scanning jobs with Operations well in advance
Maintain professional image at all times
Ensure personal appearance reflects Company's image
Always ensure vehicle clean and neat
Assist debtor's department with debt collection when the account is in arrears
Ensure SLAs are signed, and the correct account details are received for a smooth billing process for each account
Ensure that we received Purchase Orders before we start any new work
Meet targets and goals that are set out in your KPI
