Job Summary - An engineering and or a commercial qualification with at least 7 years' experience in a complex heavy engineering environment. - A high degree of commercial, technical, and business acumen with an innovative mindset and the ability to recognize business opportunities and effectively execute business strategy. - An energetic team player with strong leadership, communication, and implementation skills. - A credible individual with the ability to influence peers in the production, planning, technical and logistics disciplines supported by value-based decision making and ethical behaviour. - The ability to use analytical techniques to find solutions to problems outside the norm. - Excellent written and numerical communication skills. - Commitment to world class customer service. - An entrepreneurial mindset to drive sales and margin growth. - Mature, self-starter ability to manage one's own time and deliverables.
