Job Description
- Job Responsibilities:
- Generate sales leads and build relationships with potential clients.
- Manage sales team to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
- Present, promote, and sell company products to current and potential clients.
- Negotiate and close sales deals in a professional manner.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to expand company's customer base.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adjust sales strategies.
- Collaborate with marketing team to generate promotional materials.
- Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or related field.
- Proven work experience as a Sales Manager or similar role.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong leadership abilities with a customer-oriented approach.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
- Ability to travel for client meetings as needed.
- Desired Experience:
- Experience in real estate sales or property management is a plus.
- Previous experience in converting office buildings into residential spaces.
- Knowledge of the South African property market and industry trends.
- Experience in managing a sales team and achieving sales targets.
