Job Description


  • Job Responsibilities:
  • Generate sales leads and build relationships with potential clients.
  • Manage sales team to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
  • Present, promote, and sell company products to current and potential clients.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals in a professional manner.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to expand company's customer base.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adjust sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with marketing team to generate promotional materials.
  • Essential Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or related field.
  • Proven work experience as a Sales Manager or similar role.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong leadership abilities with a customer-oriented approach.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
  • Ability to travel for client meetings as needed.
  • Desired Experience:
  • Experience in real estate sales or property management is a plus.
  • Previous experience in converting office buildings into residential spaces.
  • Knowledge of the South African property market and industry trends.
  • Experience in managing a sales team and achieving sales targets.
