Qualifications:
Proven track record of success in solar sales, with at least 3-5 years of experience in a sales management role.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
In-depth knowledge of solar energy products, systems, and installation processes.
Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
