Job Description
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of solar sales representatives to achieve individual and team goals.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including residential and commercial customers, contractors, and industry partners.
- Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive opportunities.
- Monitor sales performance metrics, analyze data, and generate regular reports for senior management.
- Stay informed about industry regulations, policies, and emerging technologies to ensure compliance and competitive advantage.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote brand awareness and generate leads.
- Proven track record of success in solar sales, with at least 3-5 years of experience in a sales management role.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- In-depth knowledge of solar energy products, systems, and installation processes.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Passion for renewable energy and sustainability initiatives.
