We are seeking experienced and driven Sales Managers in various sectors. The ideal candidates will have a proven track record in sales management, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for driving sales growth and achieving targets.Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and report on achievements.
  • Foster strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Identify new market opportunities and expand customer base.
  • Train, mentor, and motivate sales representatives.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to drive lead generation and brand awareness.
  • Analyse market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the industry.
  • Prepare and present sales forecasts and reports to senior management.
Requirements:
  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management.
  • Proven success in leading sales teams and achieving targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and competitive environment.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • A high level of energy and urgency to deliver sales results, agile and resilient.
  • Proven ability to lead, inspire, and coach a team to drive a winning mentality and achieve business results.
  • Strong track record, showcasing an ability to anticipate, lead and encourage innovation and strong change management capabilities.
  • Good business understanding and excellent commercial acumen.
  • Excellent communication and relationship building skills with a sense of urgency towards customer needs.
  • Adept at problem solving, supported by analytical abilities, to make fact-based decisions.
