SALES MANAGER:Stage Zero is seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to drive our sales activations and events in targeted suburban areas. This role is pivotal in organizing and coordinating events, promotions, and other sales initiatives while reporting on their performance and outcomes.   • Johannesburg / PE /Cape Town
Qualifications:
  • Grade 12 or equivalent (required).
  • Additional certificates in Event Planning, Project Management, or Sales (desirable).
  • 3+ years of experience in event planning, sales activations, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in sales or customer engagement roles.
  • Experience in the renewable energy field (advantageous).
Necessary Experience & Industry Knowledge:
  • Customer service excellence xe2x80x93 manage new and existing client relationships.
  • Developing and maintaining prospect and customer databases with set procedures.
  • Analyzing sales activity to identify business development opportunities.
  • Task management to meet daily and weekly goals.
  • Business management fundamentals.
  • Basic financial principles for ensuring profitability.
  • Administrative procedures and system implementation.
  • Knowledge of renewable energy products and costs.
  • Understanding of laws and government regulations in renewable energy.
  • Selling principles and methods for renewable energy products and services.
