1. New Business Development: Increase number of clients, associate headcounts and permanent placements
2. Sales Activity: Develop new client relationships; Build a strong network with new clients.
3. Oversee, During Set up of Contract, Management of Operational Risks: Statutory and Legislative Compliance.

1. Business Development through organized Sales Activity, inclusive of meeting visit targets, networking & event attendance
2. Work closely with Branch and Team Management.
3. Respect of Legal and Financial Risk through Statutory and Legislative Compliance adherence + internal process
4. Respect of the teamxe2x80x99s internal procedural and Company Policy Compliance
5. Client Contracts/Pricing: Develop financially viable and compliant SLAxe2x80x99s for new clients
6. Effective Reporting: Track trends, market intelligence, forecasts and strategy plans.
7. Build and maintain Client and Associate relationships as combined Operations teams , and effective inter- departmental procedural work flow participation thereby contributing towards quality service delivery
