Job Description


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the sales team to achieve revenue and growth targets
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to identify and capture new business opportunities in the transport and logistics sector.
  • Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients while driving the acquisition of new customers and key accounts.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including operations, marketing, and customer service, to ensure seamless delivery of services and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor industry trends, market developments, and competitors to keep at the forefront of the transport sector.
  • Generate reports on sales performance, analyze data, and provide actionable insights to senior management.
  • Drive new business development initiatives to align with companys overall growth objectives.
Key Requirements:
  • Proven experience in sales management within the transport, logistics, or supply chain sectors.
  • Strong leadership skills with a successful history of managing and motivating sales teams.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
  • Deep understanding of the transport and logistics market, including industry trends and emerging technologies.
  • Ability to develop and implement sales strategies that align with the companys growth goals.
  • Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
