Collaborate with internal teams, including operations, marketing, and customer service, to ensure seamless delivery of services and customer satisfaction.
Monitor industry trends, market developments, and competitors to keep at the forefront of the transport sector.
Generate reports on sales performance, analyze data, and provide actionable insights to senior management.
Drive new business development initiatives to align with companys overall growth objectives.
Key Requirements:
Proven experience in sales management within the transport, logistics, or supply chain sectors.
Strong leadership skills with a successful history of managing and motivating sales teams.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
Deep understanding of the transport and logistics market, including industry trends and emerging technologies.
Ability to develop and implement sales strategies that align with the companys growth goals.
Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
