Job Description


We are looking for a Sales Manager in the Scientific equipment sector, MidrandResponsibilities:1. Oversee and manage the company's product catalogue to ensure maximum product performance.
2. Supervise sales representatives to drive sales and achieve company targets.
3. Manage the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring optimal organization and efficiency.
4. Handle HR-related issues promptly and professionally, maintaining a harmonious office environment.
5. Develop strategies for lead generation to increase customer base.
6. Create and maintain accurate sales forecasts and manage the sales pipeline effectively.
7. Utilize strong financial acumen to develop consistent and accurate flow projections.Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Customer Success Manager or similar role.
  • Laboratory equipment/supplies industry experience
  • Strong organizational and management skills.
  • Excellent leadership capabilities with a resilient personality.
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices and policies.
  • Exceptional forecasting and pipeline management skills.
  • Superior interpersonal skills and ability to forge relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work autonomously.
Salary up to R30k; pls commission
