- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies, encompassing advertising and PR initiatives.
- Strategize and execute sales plans, focusing on customer retention and development.

- Champion agronomically sound sales strategies that drive proof-selling and enhance customer engagement.
- Lead value-add activities and promote solution-oriented marketing approaches.
- Contribute to policy and strategy formulation to align sales objectives with company goals.Collaborative Team Management
- Foster seamless coordination between sales and support functions, including Supply Chain, Finance, SHERQ, Technical, and Business Development departments.
- Recruit, train, and empower a high-performing sales team in accordance with company policies and employment regulations.Performance Management and Reporting
- Maintain robust administrative functions, including reporting and planning systems.
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting of management and financial information for sales and marketing departments.
- Select and oversee external sales agencies to optimize sales outcomes.Brand Management and Corporate Image
- Uphold and enhance corporate image and reputation through strategic PR activities and intellectual property management.
- Drive internal communication initiatives to align team members with corporate direction, mission, and activities.Travel Readiness

- BSc in Agriculture or related field, with practical experience preferred.
